This is a new mini sewing frame for binding smaller books that are hard to sew in a larger sewing frame.

Simple Construction

It is half the size of the larger sewing frame available here.  This mini sewing frame is made of 1/2″ Baltic birch plywood with steel threaded rod uprights and a solid wood top bar.   It is sanded and sealed with Danish oil and waxed.   It comes apart for storage or transport.   
Note:  No keys are included.  Large size paperclips will probably work fine.  The “keys”  I include with the larger sewing frame are too large to work with this smaller one

Dimensions

Side to side between bolts 6″ approx.
Slot is 5-3/4″ approx.
Under the upper bar 4-3/4″. 
The bolts are 5/16″ with wing nuts
